Hiking and Camping in the beautiful Taconic State Park, Copake Falls, New York located along the Taconic Mountain Range and bordering Massachusetts’ Bash Bish Falls State Park. We will hike to the breathtakingly beautiful Bash Bish Falls, see remnants of an old Ironworkers village, practice scout skills and much more. This is a tent-camping trip. Meet at Birchwood, 6:00 AM for a good head start, and to beat the traffic. Specific travel details/tent assignments to be shared separately.

FOOD will prepared at campsite. TROOP/PATROL COOKING. Meals to be planned tonight and next week. Please be sure to check with youth leaders for details. Hiking Boots REQUIRED. Second set of footwear (boots or sneakers) recommended. ALSO BRING: Water bottle (filled); extra water, trail snacks, etc..
